These terms and conditions govern your use of the Eyasi Datoga Campsite website and services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Reservation Process: To secure your stay, a booking request must be submitted through our website or by contacting our reservations team. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Eyasi Datoga Campsite.
Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before your arrival. We accept payments via credit or debit cards.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
Check-In: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.
Check-Out: Guests must check out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
Behavior: We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to other guests or staff may result in eviction from the campsite without refund.
Noise Policy: To ensure a peaceful environment, all noise must cease by 10:00 PM. Guests are asked to keep music and other sounds at a reasonable volume.
Children: Children must be supervised at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for their safety and behavior.
Personal Property: Eyasi Datoga Campsite is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during your stay. We recommend that guests secure their belongings and consider travel insurance.
Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for their own health and safety while on the premises. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your arrival.
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking process will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Tanzanian law.
